Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apple and soya milk

Lunch: Home-made pizza (red pepper, tomatoes, olives, artichokes, mozarella)

Snacks: pineapple, yogurt with chopped orange, miso soup

Dinner: CousCous salad, wholemeal wrap

total: 1880 kcal


Gym: Crosstrainer 30 minutes, rowing 2000 metres, arms/abs/stretching 20 minutes


Weekends are the most difficult I think, so I am glad I made it through the weekend with only eating a little bit more each day (as opposed to falling off the wagon and eating junk food). Today I went to the gym for a bit as well, I tried to incorporated a good set of arm exercises. I've never had toned arms in my life before, so it's something to work towards.

I'm excited about the changes I'm making. This time I won't quit. I won't care what anybody thinks and I won't be sabotaged by stupid comments. If some people think it's boring to go to the gym, shallow to care about how I look or complain if I don't eat their cakes, I won't care. I will stay true to myself and trust my dreams and be strong. I will not be sabotaged.
