Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apple and soya milk

Lunch: Wholemeal bread with vegemite, camambert and gherkins. Baked beans.

Snacks: banana, wholemeal wrap

Dinner: Wholemeal pasta, lentils and home-made tomato/vegetable sauce

total: 1770 kcal




Today I didn't exercise - I just needed a day off. I guess it was one of those days. I ate well though, I think I'm in a good routine now, I don't get hungry in between meal or snack times.

I had a big de-cluttering session today and got rid of lots of stuff. There's lots more organizing to do. Not buying any non-essentials last month has really helped getting focused on this simplifying process. Making small steps forward.
