Legs/Abs/Buns class at the gym, 60 minutes


Today was a little manic. I didn't count my calories, but I ate healthy overall. So hopefully it's ok! I went to the gym but I didn't do my extra arm exercises. It's the second week so it is easy to lose the initial motivation, thinking of all the weeks/months ahead. And winter is making me feel a little sluggish. So I'm realizing even more that I need to constantly re-affirm my goals and think about what motivates me. I made a list of upcoming events in the next months that I want to look my best for. That helped a lot. Focus, focus, focus.
