Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apple and soya milk

Lunch: Focaccia sandwich with mushrooms and tomatoes

Snacks: Yogurt with chopped banana, another banana, another yogurt

Dinner: Lentils, noodles, carrots and cabbage.

I spent some time planning the next months, setting some goals, creating an exercise schedule and I already feel more motivated. It's still hard to get up early to exercise though, it's so dark and cold. But the nice thing about winter is that you can wear lots of layers and don't have to wear short/thin/revealing clothes while losing weight, right?

Every spring I've hated myself for not trying harder during winter, and I don't want to repeat the same thing. So I'll push myself every day and do things differently for once.
