It's so hot today and the forecast doesn't look much better for the rest of the week. I've been getting up early to walk for an hour in the morning before the temperature gets too high, but that still leaves about 30 minutes of exercise I need to fit in before bedtime. I usually sneak in the extra steps by taking two 15-minute walks in the middle of my workday, but it's been so unbearable outside I haven't able to do that. I don't want the weather to prevent me from working out, so tonight after dinner my family and I are putting on our bathing suits and heading to the neighborhood pool. James and I are going to take turns swimming laps while the other person splashes around with James Wilson. This way we get family time and fitness without losing our cool.

I purchased these to replace my expensive headphones until I could repair them. Found, to my surprise, that they were more comfortable and have better audio quality. I'm partially deaf and spend a lot of time watching videos on my computer.
