Work has been especially busy lately, and sometimes two hours will zip by before I get up from my desk. I know that sneaking in little bursts of exercise throughout the day will help me reach my daily goal of 10,000 to 12,000 steps. So I've started setting a timer on my watch that goes off every 60 minutes. When I hear the little beep, it reminds me to stop what I'm doing and take a break-even if it's just to walk to the kitchen to refill my water bottle or spend a minute stretching.
