Going for a faux glow
I love looking tan in the summer-there's something slimming about bronze skin and it boosts your confidence. But my light skin burns easily and who wants skin cancer? So I use lots of sunscreen and hang out under the beach umbrella. To get a little color, I've tried lots of different self-tanners, but I've never found the right one. Too often they turn me orange, smell gross, or are just too messy. So when I heard about Mystic Tan (a spray tan you get in a booth at a salon) I decided to test it out. I loved it and couldn't believe it had taken me so long to try it! All I had to do was put a little barrier cream on my palms and the soles of my feet (to prevent them from looking dirty), step into the booth, and get sprayed. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. About four hours later, I looked perfectly sun-kissed-an effect that lasted for about five days. I've already made an appointment to do it again!
