Every day you're faced with small opportunities to make healthy choices, you just have to recognize them when they pop up! Here are three to get you started:

  • Before work: Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier and do a short burst ofjumping jacks.
  • While ordering lunch: Did you know that a serving of mayonnaise has 100 calories, while a serving of mustard only has 11? Swap out the condiment on your turkey sandwich.Check out more healthy condiment swaps here.
  • After work: Chat with your neighbors and see if there are other women trying to get healthy. Then start a walking club or a community garden you can all work in together.
