So I've survived two virtual trainer shutdowns without losing track of my goals and I wanted to share with all of you how I am able to do this. Too often I read that people feel like they are going to fall off track because it is not working.

Here's how I survived:

  • Know that the virtual trainer is simply a tool that I use to help me stay on track but I am the one actually causing my success.
  • Use another calorie tracker temporarily to keep that watchful eye on what I am putting in my mouth
  • Visit the Shape community often to help me stay motivated and on track
  • Do what I do every day with or without the VT

I hope this helps those of you who think they can use the VT shutdown as an excuse to slow their progress. YOU are the reason you have been successful so far and you are the only one who can stand in your way. I am so proud of all of you for what you are accomplishing right now!!!

Looking forward to the VT starting up again but doing just fine in the meantime,
