During this week's session my personal trainer, Whitney Cole, told me she wanted to go for a jog. "Yeah right," I thought. But she took off and I was forced to run to keep up with her. We went up my street to the corner, all the way down the main street, back down a side street, then returned to my house. And I didn't stop jogging the entire time-even though there were some pretty big hills along the way! Then we grabbed my dog, Snookie, walked for 10 minutes or so to cool down, and finished with a series of stretches. This may not sound like that big of a deal, but I've never run that long without stopping before. It's hard for me to even put into words the sense of pride I feel right now. I just had to share it with you guys!

Here's another inspiring story of a woman who HATAED running. And she did a half-marathon!
