My overall emotion is nervousness. I'm worried I'm going to fail. Sounds bad, right? I've just tried to lose weight so many times that my confidence has definitely taken a hit. I'd get a good eating plan down but not work out or I'd exercise but eat like garbage. Or if I got into a good groove-eating well and going to the gym-something would happen to knock me off track, like an injury, illness, or personal tragedy. I am hoping that this time I can finally put the pieces together.
