I've always been very driven when it comes to my career. I make goals and go after them, often with pretty good results. My life coach, Lauren Zander, told me I could use those successes as motivation to lose weight. She suggested making a list of all the things I've accomplished recently-both professionally and physically-as well as my future goals. Then I should tape the list to my refrigerator so I can see it every time I go into the kitchen. These reminders of how well I'm doing make the road ahead seem a lot less daunting.
